I land at Hyderabad or Bangalore Airports. The airports are spotless, well maintained, orderly and the people follow all the rules, the security is run smoothly like clockwork. The Uber and Taxi System is excellent and smoothly run. So is the Baggage Carousel, Immigration, Customs, etc. etc. WOW!

Nemawashi: Small incremental improvements, that make your daily experiences better in whatever “Ecosystem”, you have to interact with.

So no harm for Indians to “copy” the technology obtained by sweat and tears and expense of billions of dollars or rubles over decades by the big Two.

So what I’m suggesting is that rather than constantly comparing and tearing one’s clothes in agony, employ what the Japanese call “Nemawashi” and Poka Yoke
